The legal battle for a Siamese cat is taking the region by storm as a cat named Fuz walked out of her home of Michelle Moberg's home in Wonder Lake, Illinois and years passed with the family settled saddened that the poor cat was likely consumed by a Wild Coyote or Crazy Cougar and Mogberg wondered what could of been of Fuz and the years of kitten rising it was denied by its sudden rush and escape for freedom. This past December a woman ten miles away contracted the family and let it be known Fuz was alive and strong living in a bigger and more wealthier home in Spring Grove, Illinois and after some emotional calls to Fuz's news owners an verbal agreement was made for the return of Fuz to the original owner Michelle Moberg. Instead the saga became a court battled nightmare from hell (and likely court lawyer scam) and an October decision was made by judge Michael Betar in a Lake County courtroom. Michelle Moberg is still waiting for Fuzz having fifty cans of Fuz's beloved tuna brand ready and willing to serve
This cat should not be the center of a legal fight and wasteful spending dispute and as head of the Anti-Pet association and animal freedom crusade we are calling for the courts to grant the freedom of Fuz and allow him or her their freedom not to be held as a pet or property between these two women in Northern Illinois. Fuz wants to either belong to the Patz or Mogberg household and we are calling not only for the return of Fuz to the wild but also the return of the comic strip get Fuzzy written and drawn by comic artist Dabney Conlan who refuses to bring back his comic as he has gotten lazy and fat and is on perpetual hiatus angering many of his fans of thins once up and coming popular comic strip. Dabney Conley needs to bring back Get Fuzzy and Fuz of Lake County,Illinois needs to be set fre to live out the remainder of its life after eight years of being a legal limbo and uncertain future.
