Rigby And Peller 2013 Swimwear Launch Event

Thanks to the lovely people at eylure I was lucky enough to attend the Rigby And Peller 2013 swimwear launch event last Wednesday.


The event was held at Rigby & Pellers Conduit Street store in Mayfair with a stoli cocktail bar at the back of the store serving champagne & yummy cocktails. The lovely women from the eylure team in the changing rooms were applying lashes, whilst models walked around serving canapés, sporting the 2013 swimwear. Also the Rigby & Peller staff who where so helpful & friendly, where there to answer any questions about the new swimwear line or any underwear in store. The lovely blogger Poppy D hosted the event. It was a really fun & friendly event. 





The swimwear line was gorgeous, with beautiful rich jewel coloured bikinis & kaftans, in styles and designs that would complement every shape and size. Rigby & Peller measure your bust and dress size, so you are certain to get a flattering well fitted bikini which is a hard task for us bigger busted women! I love the summer time which brings with it the need for beautiful bikinis, but shopping for them is bit of a nightmare when your fuller chested.





Whilst there and with all the talk of boobs and bras I decided to get myself measured & found out I have been wearing the wrong size bra. The women in the store measure you just from sight which is pretty amazing. You go into a changing room undress your top half put on a silk robe & then quickly one of the staff takes a glance at your breasts & that's it, you have been measured! So a lot quicker than your standard measuring tape style of fitting.





After being measured my friend who joined me at the event, and I walked around the store picking out our wedding day underwear from the Rigby & Peller Bridal collection! Yes that is odd, seeing as I'm not even engaged & my friend is happily single. But their underwear is just so beautiful, we couldn't help but get carried away. Maybe the champagne helped haha. As we left we were given goodie bags filled with lovely treats.
